I hate this place and refuse to ever go back because last Halloween I was completely backhanded by a bouncer . . . and I am a girl

Bouncers are all on roids and get the rage for no reason. Getting a drink after 11pm takes a good 10 minutes. Bar is full of nothing but sluts and guys looking for cheap ass! Very low class establishment. If you want to go dance Id suggest just going to some other random bar and start your own dance circle!

Totally skanky after midnight. Small venue, makes for poor sound quality and bands sound distorted. Girls, bring a friend and stay CLOSE. Got my ass smacked and got grabbed a few times, but my girl was there and nothing went further.

Not gonna lie, I totally go to the haze when I‘m wasted. Drinks are pretty good and the service isn‘t bad, they‘re just busy as hell. However, there are some creepy people there. Been hit on many times by some real weirdos.... Anyway, Love dancing there when I‘m wasted, but watch your stuff and drinks. There tend to be a lot of dumba$$e$ there. Fun times...

I only go to the haze when I am blacked out.

This bar in downtown Mankato, has been nicknamed the STD Bar. I let you use your imagine as to why that is.

This place is lame. Only trashy wanna be hip hop ganagster people go here to think they are cool. This is Mankato people.... Stop acting like it‘s downtown LA. If you want a good palce to go to check out blue bricks, pub 500, or the underground. unless you want to see a bunch of yahoos..

The Haze has always been a great time. I can‘t wait to see live bands their. Staff has always been friendly.

it‘s always been a fun place to be but now with karaoke on weds and live bands starting in a couple of weeks this place will rock

The staff at this bar is excellent. The bartenders make good drinks and are quick on their feet. They have fun while they‘re working, and are personable with the customers. It gets pretty crazy on the weekends, but that‘s the reason people go to this bar. Everyone knows you don‘t go to the Haze (on a Friday or Saturday) to sit down and have a conversation with someone; you go to dance, drink, and meet up with all of your friends who are already there. During the week they play rock music instead of hip-hop, and it is quiet enough to talk to the people next to you without screaming. They have a great selection of bar games (pool, darts, bowling, buck hunter, golf). The Haze has an atmosphere that changes on a nightly bases, appealing to any bar-goer. Great bar.

Its the ghetto of mankato!!!! Be on your toes if you choose to go here! Heard of many girls getting pills put in there drinks at the haze! Attracts the wrong crowd. Oh and you can count on the better than now staff acting like jerks!!!! Cause thats deffinatly how they roll!

Bouncers are rude! Service is horrible! Can‘t dance on the floor without getting stuck from spilled drinks! They need another dance club here to give the haze some competition so the staff can remember they are just staff to serve customers. I‘ve lived here all my life and have seen girls showing there chest and barteneders incouraging it for cheep to free drinks at the haze.....sad!!!!

sucky drinks, sucky music, nowhere to sitdown, long lines for drinks, however it is the best place in town to go if you‘re looking for a skeezer

The music sucks! Always crappy rap and nothing worth staying for. Its a pity because I love dancing and that is the only place people go to dance.

This dance bar SUCKS!!!!! The drinks are terrible. The staff is made up of tough guys and people who think being a bar tender there makes them cooler than anyone. Never going back.

If you like fights and steroid using bouncers this is the place for you!!! Basically just a meat market for the younger crowd.. I rate it a 1..

This place is only popular to go and dance later on a Friday/Saturday because it has no other competition in Mankato as far as dance space. The music is way too repetitive and they should really step up there game and actually try playing new music...not something you hear on the radio 50 times a day! I dare them to try it because you know the people will still come because everyone know‘s you end your night at The Haze.

I love the Haze!! The problem is that people go to other bars and just get wasted, they later come to the Haze to dance. I think all the drunk idiots in this town should stay where they started. If you love to sit outside on a nice patio, have a drink and hang out with friends in the summer....this is the place for you. If you treat the bartenders with respect, they will be nice to you. Keep in mind they have to deal with drunk people all night long. How would you feel if almost every person you served was drunk and trying to get a deall on a drink? I am pretty sure you would not be the friendliest person either.

Sucks, It‘s just one big room, with tables and chairs. Go to another bar, and there bartenders need to realize they are only bartenders, not someone important

The haze is great but needs to turn down the volume on friday and saturday nights. I‘m pretty sure I have permanent hearing damage.

How can you say that you do not love the Haze?? The people that complain about The Haze being too loud or too busy are the people that come to the bar between 12:30 and 2:00. And even though they complain, THEY STILL COME BACK!! Try coming in before that. Don‘t be a cheap ass and not tip and you will get served in an orderly manner. Follow the rules, don‘t be an obnoxious drunk idiot, and you will have fun!

The Haze is the place to be if you are in mankato. There really isn‘t anywhere else to hang if you want to have a good time, listen to great music and hang w/the gang. I much rather go to the Cities but the Haze works.

The Haze is usually jumping on the weekends but can become to crowded. They obviously don‘t have a limit to the number of people they let in and service at the bar is horrible Fridays and Saturdays. The upside is there is plenty of men/women.
