This is the best place to go for a quick lunch in North Mankato. You get your food within minutes--they recognize you only have an hour. The food is well made and tasty. They have a different special every day for lunch and none of it is over $6.50

Big Dog has a premium location, one of 2 bars in upper north mankato, and is the only in the area open late. Because of this, business is good, so good that the staff and owner could care less about u as a customer. Customer service sucks, bartenders are jabronis and the bar HAS NO TOP SHELF. Need i say more. Take the extra time to drive 6 minutes to Mankato and go to some real bars.
