Midtown Tavern

I think this place has only improved since Owens took over ownership! Great service and quick too. Plently of room for whatever mood you‘re in. It‘s great to be able to get away from the nonsense of downtown. Usually a wide range of people too, which is great!

The food is good and simple. During the daytime the food is always good. The burgers are big and JUICY. Steak special on weekends is an awesome special. Service is inconsistent, but I eat there regularly because it is good quality, fresh food for the price. Live music on weekends is almost always a good time. Be prepared for loud but there is enough room to get away from the band if you want to talk.

Great atmosphere and bands, but it should also be listed under restaurants. Best lunches in town, and the steaks on Fri and Sat nites are FANTASTIC!
