Rapidan Dam Cafe

This place has been given good reviews in so many magazines for the pie. The pie is good. The food is average. The service is slow but the people working there are crabby. It‘s a drive to get there. The dam is kind of interesting nearby. But I don‘t think it‘s worth the drive. If you‘re expecting a neat little place with old fashioned good service and food, you‘ll be disappointed.

A quaint little out of the way place. True old school family run cafe. The milk shakes are great.
